My contribution to the BIEN Textile Art Bienal, under the mentorship of Jana Mr\u0161nik. Link to the project on the BIEN website: https:\/\/layer.si\/bien\/en\/kr\/soncni-tisk-2023\/. The artwork is based on two elements: the personal one, through sound waves, and the Sun, as the overarching theme of BIEN 2023. The two themes are then fused through the depiction of the ancient-greek god Apollo, playing a Lyre. I’ve upgraded the piece by installing it as a “curtain”, attached to a pair of bass guitar strings, which rub against the metal rings attached to the fabric creating what I like to call a “sound instalation”.<\/p>\n
